NaviNet frequently asked questions

If you are already a NaviNet user for your other health plans, go to go to NaviNet or NaviNet's office search to request access to AmeriHealth Caritas VIP Care Plus information on NaviNet.

If you are not a NaviNet user, go to NaviNet and click Sign up now. Be sure to complete all information requested and know your AmeriHealth Caritas Provider ID number.

It will take 7–10 days to get access once you have provided all information requested.

You can get information can by contacting Provider Services at 1-888-667-0318.

To add AmeriHealth Caritas VIP Care Plus, go to NaviNet or NaviNet’s office search to request access to AmeriHealth Caritas VIP Care Plus information on NaviNet.

Each provider office has a designated NaviNet security administrator. This person can give you access. If you do not know the name of your NaviNet security administrator, ask another NaviNet user in your office to look under My Profile to see the name of your security administrator.

AmeriHealth Caritas VIP Care Plus (Medicare Medicaid Plan) is a health plan that contracts with both Medicare and Michigan Medicaid to provide benefits of both programs to enrollees. This is not a complete list. The benefit information is a brief summary, not a complete description of benefits. To make a request to get information, now and in the future, in a language other than English or in another format, call 1-888-667-0318 (TTY 711), 8 a.m.- 8 p.m., 7 days a week. We'll also ask for your preference during our Welcome Call and later in the year, when you contact the plan.

The plan will store your request and continue to send future documents in this requested language or format, unless you ask us to cancel or change the request. You can cancel or change your request at any time, simply by calling Member Services. The call is free.
